Commercial Sales Support Representative

Super Bright LEDs is seeking a Commercial Sales Support Representative to specialize in handling commercial sales inquiries and Net 30s.

This is a full-time position located in Earth City, MO working Monday-Friday. Local candidates to the St. Louis area (Missouri and Illinois) only please.

Commercial Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:

• Assist commercial/Net 30 customers with inquiries
• Forward non-commercial/Net 30 inquiries onto the Call Center
• Process all emails and faxes with tax exempt forms
• Process account applications and purchase orders
• Answer all incoming calls regarding commercial/Net 30 accounts
• Assist customers with RMAs for returns and exchanges
• Backup for Accounting/Net 30s Specialist

Commercial Sales Support Representative Qualifications:

• Associate degree in business or marketing is preferred or previous experience supporting a commercial sales department
• Knowledge of electrical components and/or lighting technology is a plus
• Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures
• Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
