Upon Graduation not only will you have the opportunity to develop your career with the iNUA Collection but you will also achieve a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Professional Cookery.

Ideally, candidates will have some experience working in a professional kitchen either in food preparation or stewarding, or currently working as a Chef and looking to develop a career path in culinary.

This is a work-based learning opportunity and you will be supported with accommodation & paid while attending the LCETB to complete the learning modules/blocks.

We only ask that you hold a relevant amount interest, dedication and some experience to be eligible for the position.

• Ability to work in a team environment

• 3rd level qualification is desired but not essential- we have our own Chef's Academy.

• Should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and skills in the kitchen

• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
