• Position: Communication & Training Analyst
• Location: Harrisburg, PA (occasional on-site)
• Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Job Description:

Currently seeking a skilled Communication & Training Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and creation of materials and execution of training. Additional duties and responsibilities of this role are as follows:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology, instructional design, or a related discipline
• Previous experience with healthcare insurance HIGHLY preferred
• 3-5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload at a high speed to meet deadlines and work objectives
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability and desire to understand the bigger picture; demonstrated proactive approach
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Ability to write and edit documents for clarity, content, formatting, and style, including communications to broad and executive audiences; excellent grammar skills
• Strong experience in Instructional System Design and Web-Based Training; strong design skills
• Solid experience using web-based training authoring tools; Articulate 360 or Storyline 3 preferred
• Experience creating organizational change and training evaluation surveys and using survey tools such as SurveyMonkey
• Proficiency and speed in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Word

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Camp Hill, PA 17011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
