Job Description:

• As a Strategic Communications Manager specializing in transformation and change management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational change initiatives aligned to company vision and strategy.
• You will play a critical role in driving effective internal and external communication efforts to ensure successful transformation and change management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create strong project management process to manage pacing of communications across multiple audiences and channels in coordination with the transformation office.
• Develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with organizational goals and objectives for transformation and change initiatives.
• Create and implement internal communication strategies, including messaging, content development, and distribution channels, to effectively communicate change initiatives to employees at all levels of the organization.
• Create visually powerful presentations and walk-around decks to gain buy-in on plans and communication strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
