We’re looking for a Communications Specialist to:
- plan, execute and track detailed communications work plans and timelines in support internal comms campaigns, primarily around new digital deliveries, and ongoing digital adoption initiatives.
- collaborate on the development of talking points, email messages, reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to execute ongoing initiatives such as blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and website posts.
- plan and support engagement events logistics such as tech talk, townhalls, and Digital Expos.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Communications and Marketing center of excellence within the U.S. Digital organization, located in Weehawken, NJ. We support our Product Owners and Financial Advisor teams on a daily basis to grow business through the adoption of digital tools and capabilities.
As a communications specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting the content strategy, writing and publishing of organizational-level internal communications. Including Product/platform specific communications designed to engage Financial Advisors and home office personnel regarding our digital transformation program, as well as communications in support of the transition to an Agile operating model

Your expertise
- 2-3 years of marketing/communications experience at a large global company, creating content and executive reports for various channels and audiences
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. Graphic Design acumen – a plus
- Project management experience
- Technology/digital business and or agile experience (transformation, change management) – preferred
- Self-starter, able to work independently and comfortable in white space
- a team-player, enthusiastic, positive, and professional
- curious mind-set, voracious learner, and a problem solver
