We have an exciting opportunity as a Community Engagement Manager. You will work in partnership with members of leadership to manage the execution of the Birner Group philanthropic financial giving programs. You will also lead the employee engagement activities at our locations in St. Louis, MO, Springfield, MO, Little Rock, AR, Memphis, TN and Baton Rouge, LA.

Other key job duties include:

• Build, manage and grow established and new community relationships and partnerships to support our business goals and values.
• Create strategic plans to help facilitate community involvement and put them in action by getting colleagues to volunteer.
• Coordinate and manage all outreach opportunities both with the community partners and employees.
• Create an employee engagement committee and host monthly meetings.
• Create and maintain communications through email, flyers, and social media.

You will succeed in the role if you are proactive and plan events to celebrate nontraditional holidays at our sites and the communities, we are in. In this role, you will report to the Regional Vice President.
