Community Manager:

We seek an individual eager to learn and grow their career in the property management industry! The Community Manager will oversee a sprawling, high-end, A+ property located right off of N. Keystone Avenue!

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Manage on-site management team.
• Previous property management experience is a must!
• Manage property leasing and marketing.
• Manage tenant relations and customer service.
• Oversee interior and exterior capital improvement projects.
• Accounts Receivable, including rent collections and processing, management of delinquency, and legal filings.
• Meet the financial objectives of the ownership.
• Perform all other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a community manager
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily housing/ property management (required)
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in property management software( Onesite, Yardi, Entrata)
