An excellent opportunity has arisen to take an active role in the Risk and Compliance team to support day to day activities. We are looking for a recent Graduate who is eager to learn and ready to make a valuable contribution to the Savills Team.

Key Responsibilities

Data Protection

• Gather documentation and redact records in response to subject access requests
• Support the investigation into data incidents and breaches
• Check completion of mandatory training and follow-up as needed

Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS)

• Update compliance registers on an ongoing basis
• Attend, take meeting minutes and follow-up on actions agreed at the compliance meetings
• Support QEMS internal audits and management review meetings, take minutes and follow-up on actions agreed to address non-conformities if and when such non-conformities arise.

Client Onboarding

• Perform preliminary anti-money laundering, conflict and sanction checks in line with legislative requirements and industry guidelines
• Manage account opening and processing of customer data in the Savills’ finance and CRM systems
• Participate in regular team meetings and put forward usable suggestions to create efficiencies

Other

• Maintain the register of legal and insurance claims and ensure that group legal and insurance providers are notified of any such claims
• Assist with the monitoring and droll out of the companywide compliance training programme
• Maintain gift register to ensure compliance with Savills PLC guidelines related to anti-bribery and corruption

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
• Strong IT skills; familiarity with Microsoft Packages
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and administration skills
• Good planning and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Team player with excellent communication skills
