The IT Ops, Engineering & Support department or "IT" for short is responsible for possessing a detailed understanding of operations, architectural design and infrastructure and communicating the benefits of digitization of business to our function leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementation of the Compliance Program.
  • Implement Compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct systematic and random audits of billing practices, report results and make recommendations to improve Compliance or and company regulations. Implement, and track corrective action plans.
  • Coordinates activities of departmental technology projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
  • Initiates, maintains, and revises policies, procedures and practices and its related activities to prevent any violations.
  • Monitors the day-to-day Compliance activities.
  • Periodically reviews to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance.
  • Collaborates with other departments to direct Compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution. Consults with the Internal Audit Team as needed to resolve difficult Compliance issues.
  • Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, and policies/procedures by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. Develops and oversees a system for uniform handling of such violations.
  • Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that Compliance issues/concerns are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
  • Monitors and as necessary coordinates Compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all Compliance activities and to identify trends.
  • Identifies potential areas of Compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for the resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
  • Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and/or required.
  • Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program and related activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve it effectiveness.
  • Helps to insure the Compliance department as well as the IT Departments goals is met.
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly reports detailing Compliance initiatives as well as recommends improvements/changes in the overall Compliance program.
  • Any and all duties assigned

Qualifications
  • The ability to gather requirements and perform analysis.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to solve problems quickly and completely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications with a strong team orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, follow, and collaborate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.
  • Flexible working hours is required.
  • A team player mentality, is essential
  • A desire to learn in a team environment.
  • Gaming, Hotel, experience is preferred.
  • (2) Two to (4) four years progressive broad-based information systems and business experience.
  • (2) Two or more years in customer service.
  • (1) One or more years of business-unit experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
