MCR Group are currently seeking a Concierge in Ennis.

This is a temporary position ( 1 month)

Duties will include:

· Greeting occupiers and other visitors to the property, excellent customer service skills are required.

· Checking and responding to emails throughout the day, responses required within the same day.

· Answering calls, disturbing post and electronic filing in a fast-paced environment.

.Use company intranet to look up employee’s contact information.

.Maintains security requirements by ensuring visitors sign visitor log and by distributing quest badges (use Lobby works system)

· Daily and weekly reporting.

.Supports Facilities activities such as managing work orders& cleaning audits.

Requirements include:

· Excellent customer service skills are required.

· Strong written and verbal Communication skills.

· Organization skills and attention to detail.

· Basic MS skills - word processing software, access the Internet, manage files, or create presentations.

Working hours:

· Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30

·Pay rate: €13

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: €14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ennis, County Clare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
