Condominium Association is searching for a full-time maintenance technician/handyman.

• Preventative maintenance experience
• Good with dry wall repair/installation
• Electrical/plumbing knowledge
• Painting
• Ladder work
• Decking repairs
• Minor Roof repairs
• Repairs may be required indoors or outdoors and when weather elements may be extreme. (hot, cold, wet, icy etc.)
• Misc. repairs as assigned.
• Ability to trouble shoot and perform misc. repair and maintenance functions

Candidate must have good communication and customer service skills.

Candidate must be reliable, with good attendance record

Candidate must have a clean driving record.

Must adhere to high safety standards and the ability to work without supervision.

Normal business hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm with a 1/2 hr lunch break. Mon-Friday.

After training period, you will be on-call for emergencies.

OT may be assigned as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
