• QUALIFICATIONS:

• Five (5) years experience in the human resources field. Knowledge of personnel procedures, PDE certification requirements.
• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
• Knowledge of school laws, labor relations, compensation, educational personnel, school code and educational certification necessary

RESPONSIBILITES: Responsible for administering the human resource functions of the school district. Coordinate recruiting, processing employees into the school system, preparing personnel-related correspondance: maintain personnel files, completing state and federal reports. Responsible for compliance with PA certification requirement for school district employees. Maintain confidentiality of District business.
