Overview:

Signalink, a rapidly growing small company, is currently seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join the team as an integral member of a group of government, military, and contractor personnel that provide program, engineering, and technical support on a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop Configuration Management processes and keep CM plans current.
• Manage the document control process; track, review, and analyze deliverable products; and support configuration control meetings
• Participate in physical and functional configuration audits (PCAs/FCAs) to ensure conformance of drawings and specifications used in the manufacturing and testing of weapons system parts/components
• Prepare input to Configuration Management plans, Software Management plans, and Software Transition plans
• Evaluate engineering data and documentation, drawings, parts lists, engineering change proposals, notice of revisions (NORs), and engineering release records (ERRs) to determine completeness, adequacy of detail, and technical accuracy.
• Perform configuration and data management assignments, requiring the use of applied concepts, principles, theories, practices, and techniques.
• Function as the Configuration Management team’s expert in Windchill

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (ABET preferred) in a technical field

• Minimum 8 years of related experience, including familiarity and use of military and industry specifications and standards for guidance in the reviewing and preparation of technical drawings
• Expert in the use of Windchill software
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance or higher
• US citizenship
• Up to 10% travel

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the use of CADM tools
• Ability to provide technical advice and guidance on CM methods, procedures, and requirements
