Job Title: Residential Construction Worker

Salary: $12-$14 per hour (depending on experience and tool ownership)

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced residential construction workers to join our team in the Golden Triangle area, specifically in Beaumont, TX, and surrounding areas. We specialize in managing a portfolio of rental properties and remodeling single-family houses.

As a residential construction worker, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, general labor, and maintenance work. The job requires the ability to adapt to different projects and learn new skills as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform various construction and maintenance tasks in residential properties.

Assist with carpentry work, including framing, flooring, and trim installation.

Conduct general labor duties such as demolition, cleanup, and material handling.

Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Requirements:

Prior experience in residential construction is highly preferred.

Proficiency in carpentry, maintenance, and general labor tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as necessary.

Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules.

Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call duties and varying summer hours.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening due to residential locations.
