Wolverine Enclosures is looking for a Commerical Construction Foreman to lead projects and resides near the Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo area who also is looking for consistent work and growth opportunities. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise field personnel and direct them in all aspects of production.
• Provide daily updates and meet regularly with the Project Manager.
• Must be able to use a computer/smartphone/tablet efficiently.
• Maintain safe construction practices.
• Ensure quality on all jobs/rectify any deficiencies at a job.
• Travel to job sites to fulfill new installation contracts as per project timelines.
• Project installation Monday-Friday.
• Follow directions and guidance from project lead, site foreman or project manager on job site.
• Work cooperatively with other project staff.
• Review and understand project timelines.
• Dependable and productive outdoor worker.
• Work at heights with proper safety equipment.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Weekly commute to jobsite.

Education and Experience:

• 3-5 year Experience in leading construction crews, building, contractor services or related field. Sheet Metal and Carpentry Experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with basic hand tools ie: tape measures, screw guns, snips, grinders, and saws.
• OSHA 10 Hour / 30 Hour training
• Trained and Experienced in operation of construction equipment
