Job description
Seeking Construction Inspector/Clerk-of-the-Works for approximately 12 months long construction renovation project near Staunton, Virginia. Inspector is responsible for overseeing contractors to ensure materials and workmanship comply with the contract documents. Must be capable of using a computer to produce daily field reports and communicate with Architect/Engineer. Additional duties include reviewing pay applications, coordinating contractor's activities with the facility, and overseeing tests and inspections. Experience with access control upgrades in a secure facility a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
