Ropers Majeski’s growing and dynamic litigation practice has an opportunity for a Construction Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of construction labor law litigation experience to join our New York, NY office.
Founded 70 years ago, Ropers Majeski maintains offices throughout California, as well as in Las Vegas, New York, and Paris, with an affiliate office in Hong Kong. We advise clients on complex litigation and sophisticated business transactions in a broad range of industries on behalf of domestic and international businesses and individuals. Qualified candidates will have significant experience working on New York Labor Law litigation matters in Federal and State court, and will have the ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing. Candidates must have excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills, and be able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms. NY Bar admission is required.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 commensurate with experience.
