Wilkin Insulation is currently looking for a qualified hard working individual with Construction Estimating and Project Management experience to join our team. We are looking for an individual with experience in construction estimating, project management, and construction safety who are dedicated, knowledgeable, and motivated to join our team. Knowledge of Spray Applied Insulation & Fireproofing is preferred, but not required.

Construction Project Engineer / Estimator Desired applicant should be able to

- Provide leadership though team building relationships

- Motivate other team members

- Provide clear direction and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

- Ability to communicate effectively with co workers & clients

- Show initiative when problem solving

Construction Project Engineer / Estimator Responsibilities will include

- Gather and review construction documents

- Provide detail scope review with the Project Managers

- Perform takeoffs with OnScreen Takeoff Software

- Working with Project Managers during bidding, negotiation, and post bid process

- Provide submittals, T&M, and Change Orders for General Contractors throughout a project

- Visit job sites to monitor production / quality assurance

- Review project schedules

Wilkin Insulation is a subcontractor that specializes in fireproofing and insulation including

- Spray on Fireproofing

- Spray on Polyurethane Foam

- Spray Acoustical Insulation

Construction Project Engineer / Estimator Requirements:

College Degree in construction management, or relevant degree

1-5 years’ experience in the Construction industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Microsoft Windows

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
