Construction Project Manager For Construction Company.

Singularis Design and Construction predominantly operates on a "design-build" based business model. Whereas owners contract with Singularis to aid in the one-stop-shop offered by the firm. We work mostly in Westchester, NY and Fairfield County CT "greenwich, cos cob, etc"

We maintain both craftsman on staff as well as qualified and carefully vetted subcontractors to execute work on time, within budget with exceptional results.

Role & Management Position:

• Manage workers/craftsman
• Quality Control and Critic of craftsman-work
• Form & Build Business Relationships with Subcontractors
• Manage Risk / Job Safety
• Source Product / Building materials
• Place Orders w/ help of Office Manager/purchasing agent
• Make sure orders Are on time/ within budget
• Change Orders/ Manage the Owners Relationship / expectation and Most importantly change orders

Singularis is licensed in:

• Westchester County
• Putnam County
• New York City
• Connecticut

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,600.00 per week

• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
