What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of commercial construction projects. We are looking for a highly motivated design/build PM, who is passionate about the construction process, to join our team. You will manage multiple projects and be the point person for the overall project lead.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelors Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in Multifamily, and Construction Management
- 3+ years of Leadership Experience
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Experience working in cross-functional
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project and Procore
