Pay Range:
- $70k - $140k annually Depending on Experience

Essential Duties & Experience:
- Collaborate with management to create, implement, and administer the Safety Program including the development of site safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules.
- Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections, evaluates performance, identifies corrective action, and implements follow-up assessments.
- Plans, implements, and conducts training programs which include, but not limited to, preventative care, safety standards, new hire orientation, and compliance.
- Evaluate and monitor projects and project sites before work commences, identifying safety-related risks. Provide recommendations to minimize potential risk.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in construction safety, identifying threats, and developing appropriate protection measures (Required).
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations relating to the construction industry (Required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MAC Suites (Required).
- Current Certification (Preferred) CPR/First Aid, Confined & Restricted Space, Hot Work Permitting, Lock Out, Tag Out, Working At Heights Certificate, DOT Compliance, SPCC Compliance.
