We currently have a long term opportunity for a experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 7+ yrs. commercial land development experience.

The current project is located in Apache Junction and will run through the rest of 2023, with additional projects to follow.

This position provides great opportunity to gain extensive experience and further growth of knowledge in the commercial construction industry. This individual will also have the ability to further develop important leadership skills and grow within the company. The superintendent will work in conjunction with our construction team in order to keep the job on schedule and on budget.

Skills and Knowledge:

• 7+ yrs. of Experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• 5+ yrs. of Land Development Experience
• Must be Able to Operate Equipment (Telehandler, Loader, Water Truck)
• Laptop & iPhone Provided (must be proficient in both)
• Proficient in Reading Construction Documents
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) - not just familiar
• Ability to Create & Manage a Gantt Chart
• Able to Manage Project Through Smartsheet
• Able to Work Well with Others and Customers
• Strategic Thinking and Planning
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Exceptional Time Management Skills
• Ability to Prepare and Log Daily Reports
• Ability to Create RFI's
• Ability to Schedule and Work with Subcontractors
• Ability to Work Some After Hours as Project Requires
• Must Have Reliable Vehicle
• Valid Driver’s License, Insurance and Clean Diving Record

Physical Requirements:
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Ability to frequently lift or move 20-70 pounds regularly, more on occasion.
• Ability to frequently, walk steps, climb ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, etc.
• Frequent kneeling or bending.
• Ability to maintain equilibrium when working in high places.
• Stooping, requiring full use of lower extremities and back muscles.
• Frequent reaching and extending of arms and hands.
• Must be able to seize, hold grasp, turn or otherwise work with one or both hands.
• Frequent crouching down and forward by bending legs and back.
• Work environment is indoor/outdoor work as needed. Temperature ranges may be very cold to very hot.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
