JOB DESCRIPTION:
Injected Media (IM) is seeking an experienced and talented Content Creator to join our digital marketing team. This position would take a very proactive lead to deliver expert services with a high degree of customer service, regularly collaborating with internal IM technical staff as well as client brands. Key work requires responsive and creative services across all digital environments, including web and social media platforms. Supports brand reach with tactical social media content created with the intent of highest reach, not “most creative post”.
Uses pre-determined content recipes to generate and schedule posts relevant to brand objective and client needs. Other dynamic (non-scheduled) posts are posted as needed, for special campaigns, or community opportunities. It is important that this role is creative and understands aesthetic, but does not require extensive graphic design.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to quickly assess and act on brand objectives
- Superior communication, writing, and proofreading
- Effective market research & platform research
- Expert at hashtags and tagging for max reach
- Brand usage, colors, fonts, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing and social media
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Ability to use peer review practices
- Highly organized, excellent documentation, and commitment to meet multiple project goals
- Limited graphic design and layout experience
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE DESIRED:
Meta Business Suite, Instagram Mobile App, Canva, Google Business Suite, Google Business Page, LinkedIn, Adobe Creative Suite, Slack (or iMessage), and Project Management Software (I.e., Asana, ClickUp)
All positions at Injected Media require a basic ability to work with graphic design, websites, online software and tools, market research, access analytics, and exceptional communication skills (including reading and writing). Each candidate should have an interest in online presence, and should be proficient in using digital tools to self-manage (including email, calendar, task lists, and other convenient mobile apps). The team benefits from members who have a personal desire to stay up-to-date on markets and market trends, with a honed ability to access information online.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
