We are looking for an experienced content marketing manager to work alongside our Growth Marketing Manager and service team in either the Colorado (DTC) or Dallas/Fort Worth location.
Description of duties:
- Optimize existing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Help manage marketing calendar for three separate teams
- Manage and develop customer email lists using our CRM (HubSpot), ZoomInfo, and other resources for direct marketing campaigns
- Oversee and maintain listing pages within HubSpot
- Create and execute email newsletters, social media content, direct mail campaigns, targeted campaigns through CRM, press releases and news announcements, blog posts, website content, and any additional collateral as needed including white papers, presentations, and brochures
- Learn and utilize our CRM system (HubSpot) to effectively create and maintain content to explain the customer journey and buying cycle
- Track and report on CRM Marketing metrics
- Use CRM tools to create targeted lists
- Manage and create any outside PR working directly with our Director of Operations
- Attend and execute events as needed
- Manage, and order swag for all offices/awards/onboarding by working directly with Operations and Marketing partners within budget.
- Other elements included in the strategic marketing plan
Experience
- 2-4 years of marketing experience and/or content writing experience with keyword knowledge
- HubSpot or similar technology experience required
- Positive attitude, high energy, team-oriented self-starter who can maximize results of individual contributors.
- Experience in a small to mid-size company
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- A plus is having experience in or understanding small business operations and ownership.
