Favor is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Quality Specialist to join our Content team. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Merchandising teams to keep merchant menus and store information accurate to ensure our app content is up to date, correct, and meets our quality standards. What you’ll do:
- Ensure all menu and merchant data meets our quality standards by being an expert in order display best practices (including formatting, style, naming conventions, etc.)
- Own all aspects of merchant presentation in the app and on our website, including creating, managing, editing, and optimizing merchant imagery, data, and category assignments using our internal systems
- Use Salesforce as a project management workflow tool to manage and assist merchant needs including menu updates, category inclusion, in-app restrictions, and photography updates
- Communicate with merchants via phone to confirm content
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to execute user testing and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience
- Manage the menu update workflow with our third-party service, Woflow
- Schedule and monitor real-time order cancellations and update restrictions for each impacted merchant to protect the customer experience
Skills you have:
- 1+ years of experience in a professional environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Excel, Salesforce, and Adobe Photoshop (or a similar program)
