We are a professional content restoration company starting business in the Upstate area. We are backed by the largest restoration company in the world and our team of highly skilled technicians is committed to providing exceptional service and restoring our clients' contents to pre-disaster condition.

We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader who will be responsible for leading and managing the Content Restoration hourly staff. This role will be responsible for supervising the pack-out, storage, cleaning and restoration, and pack-back of all customer contents in an efficient and thorough manner. Being detail-oriented and focused on quality results is critical. You will work closely with the owner and staff to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate 16-ft straight truck to work locations and operate forklift in warehouse
  • Supervise pack-out crew at customer homes
  • Supervise storage and content cleaning crew at company warehouse
  • Carefully and respectfully handle customer contents throughout process
  • Accurately manage the Inventory Documentation throughout each step
  • Manage a team of 3-12 workers, hitting productivity targets for each project
  • Work with homeowners with empathy and care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Easley, SC 29642: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
