TicketNetwork is seeking an experienced content specialist to help develop and produce content for multiple properties and audiences. This role will combine content planning and creation as well as of mentoring junior staff members under the direction of the company?s head of communications. General knowledge regarding the live entertainment, ticketing, and sports industries are a must. The ideal candidate will have experience creating content with search engine placement in mind, as well as some comfort with journalism, online publishing, email marketing, and developing those skills in others.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
• Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
• Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
• Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
• Providing guidance on best practices to junior content staffers.
• Ensuring that SEO strategies are effectively implemented.
• Tracking consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations.
• Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
