Essential Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility would be to maintain all WPS processes related to delivery of Continuing Education (CE) products and to support our ADOS-2 webinars and product, with responsibilities including:
Support the expansion of our CE product line.- Coordinate, organize, and execute planned webinars and events.
- Provide oversight of assigned projects and programs
- Provide routine administrative and operational support for assigned projects and programs
- Evaluate project/program effectiveness and make recommendations for operational, policy, and procedural improvements
- Participate in cross-department collaboration for the purpose of executing webinars and events.
- Synthesize requirements from professional organizations and convert such requirements into easy-to-follow processes that can be implemented and monitored on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain existing CE sponsorship status from several professional organizations.
- Ensure compliance with CE standards and complete sponsorship renewal applications.
- Responsible for the adherence to CE requirements in the planning, delivery and evaluation of courses offered for CEs including meeting deadlines for submission of reports, forms, and fees.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all CE-related inquiries from customers and WPS staff.
Position Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities):
- Education Requirements: Minimum of bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is preferred. Willing to accept work experience in lieu master’s degree.
- Collaborating with other entities and departments to work cooperatively to ensure CE requirements are met.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to deal effectively with people and assist with decision making and resolving issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Ability to assess, prioritize and perform position responsibilities independently using problem-solving and personal initiative.
- Well versed in Microsoft office applications and Zoom.

- The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- The employee is regularly required to walk and sit for prolonged periods.
- This individual must be a responsible person and regular attendance is required.
Travel:
10-25% - Commute to the Torrance office for the occasional team or corporate event. May include some travel to events and conferences.
