This position supports continuous improvement efforts by actively facilitating improvement activities and participating with the Engineering Excellence improvement teams as well as managing themselves to effectively complete assigned tasks in pursuit of Engineering improvement goals and objectives. The position will develop standard processes that will define the process by which Engineering will achieve improvement goals and objectives.

Main responsibilities include:

• Perform high quality performance assessments to allow for efforts of both the Engineering Excellence team and the Engineering facilities to be focused on high value areas, as defined by data-drive decision making.
• Identification of improvement opportunities through data analysis and trend identification.
• Ensure that templates, tools and processes for managing and tracking sustainable improvement are used in an effective and efficient manner across the Engineering organization.
• Provide assistance and coordination with Engineering Excellence Team and the various Engineering facilities to drive continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and implement documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.) to support improvement activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years' industry experience or related engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic experience auditing Engineering processes
• 2 years’ proven track record performing successful root cause analysis and process improvement activities

Pay Range: $85,000 - $128,000
