Job Summary
Provide all necessary administration support for the Contracts Department including but not limited to responding to requests for new agreements, by verifying existing agreements, assigning new contract negotiations, tracking all communications related to any negotiation, updating and train appropriate employees on both the iConnect contract repository and Salesforce contract management system.
- To review and revise CRL contract templates prior to final legal review.
- To negotiate terms and conditions of Confidentiality Agreements and any other contractual documents.
- To track and follow-up each negotiation.
- To train appropriate employees on company’s standard contract procedures.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Associates or 4 year College Degree
- Experience 2-3 years
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
