Fairfield Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, open-minded, forward-thinking, and flexible professional to guide, teach, and train our clinical team. Must have proficient skills in 301-system for substance use disorder services, electronic health records, time management, client care, communication, and organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide onsite and virtual clinical supervision for small treatment team of certifiedand non-certified counselors, peer support specialists, and other support staff.
• Develop a schedule to conduct onsite and virtual individual/group case staffing
• Sign assessments, discharges, and clinical notes
• Assist in hiring and training a Clinical Counselor and Treatment Director as needed.
• Perform quarterly Medicaid Audits

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related human service field; and licensure in a human services field (i.e., LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LISW-CP)
• Certified as a Clinical Supervisorby Addictions Professionals of South Carolina
• Two (2) years of Clinical Supervisory experience in alcohol and drug abuse/behavioral health treatment

HOURS & COMPENSATION:

• Up to 15 hours a week; Monday & Thursday 9:00 am - 7:30 pm; Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Contractual period of April 2023 – December 29, 2023
• Compensation to be discussed with qualified candidate.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Winnsboro, SC 29180: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• BCBA (Preferred)
