As a Contract Coordinator, you will support the Materials Management program utilizing analytics and contract management of hospital and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts. You will bring your expertise into the department, being responsible for data interpretation and analysis using statistical techniques and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. In this role, you will:
Develop and issues requests for Proposals (RFP) using a competitive bidding process.
Maintain supplier management KPI and metrics reporting, and work with stakeholders to find and understand deviation and improvement areas.
Be responsible for on-going contract compliance and maintenance of contracts.
Facilitate contract negotiations, contract development and implementation of each pursued opportunity.
Partner with various internal teams to ensure timely resolution of vendor invoice issues and facilitate contract negotiations and deliverables.
Proactively drive ideas for analysis, costs savings and other efficiencies by presenting analyses and recommendations to management and Value Analysis Team (VAT), as well as actively collaborating with key stakeholders. Qualifications:

Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Bachelor's Degree required
3 years of progressively responsible related experience in a large hospital or multi-hospital system may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree
Preferences:
CMRP - Certified Material and Resource Professional preferred
CPSM - Certified Professional in Supply Management preferred
