PrinterLogic Inc., dba VASION is seeking a full-time, Contract Manager to work with our Legal team. The Contract Manager’s schedule will provide an excellent work-life balance. We offer a competitive pay plus a robust benefits package. This position can be either remote or on-site at our Lehi, Utah office or our headquarters in St. George, Utah.

A TYPICAL DAY AS A CONTRACT MANAGER CONSISTS OF:

• Maintaining department database to track contracts, invoices, NDAs and other legal documents
• Under direction of General Counsel, drafting, reviewing and negotiating standard agreements which include NDA’s, Vendor Agreements, SaaS agreements, Service Level Agreements and other similar agreements
• Customize and maintain templates to meet requirements as needed.
• Ensure information relating to contractual documents are processed into and maintained in relevant databases
• Establishing and maintaining processes and procedures in collaboration with the sales operation
• Facilitating the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders.
• Establish and maintain great working relationships with internal business partners as you coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review to negotiate terms and obtain approvals for modification, as required.
• Identifying opportunities for processes and office management improvements and helping implement new procedures

YOU’D BE A FIT FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE OR ARE:

• 5+ years of IT SaaS/Hosting contracts administration
• Knowledgeable in contract management principles, processes and procedures
• Experience supporting a software sales team
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Detail oriented with proven negotiation and analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Highly organized and self-motivated. This role requires someone who is willing to jump in and solve problems
• Strong people skills and ability to work with customers and with various departments within the company

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in-house contract manager
• Experience in Public Sector contracts
• Knowledge of data privacy laws
