Contracts Administrator - Proline Architectural Hardware - Inchicore

Part of Grafton Group Plc, Chadwicks Group is the market leader in the builder's merchanting industry in the Republic of Ireland. Main brands include Chadwicks, Heiton Buckley, Cork Builders Providers, Panelling Centre, Davies & Telfords.

Principle Objective

The successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager supporting a broad range of administration tasks.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN IRELAND

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and price hardware specifications & Bills of Quantity (BOQ) from information provided by clients.
• Prepare Ironmongery Schedules based on Floorplans provided.
• Work alongside the sales team to produce an accurate and appropriate specification.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with customers, whilst maintaining the highest level of professional conduct.
• Updating and Maintaining sales spreadsheets.
• Responding to Phone and Email enquiries.
• Providing technical support to customers
• Liaising with site to ensure timely delivery programmes.

Essential requirements:

• Organised and able to multitask.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ironmongery technical knowledge preferred, but training will be provided.
• Ability to think analytically.
• Ability to act on own initiative & make decisions.
• Fluent In English.
• Proficient in Excel/Word.

Contract Type

• Permanent
• Full time 42 hour contract
• Working week Monday to Friday
