Contracts Management Analyst

working as part of our team with a leading American multinational technology company.

Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Managing all contract related date entries including training stakeholders
  • Ensuring all contract data is appropriately entered with daily review and monitoring to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Creating contract purchase requisitions for purchase orders and managing and trouble-shooting internal queries from stakeholders on purchase requisition and purchase order processes
  • Completing on-boarding procedures and forms, including trouble-shooting onboarding issues with internal stakeholders
  • Carry out contract request checks in a timely manner and liaise with the relevant parties to ensure that any outstanding required information is gathered prior to commencing contract drafting stage
  • Main point of contact for administration contracts function

Qualifications


Candidate Profile:

  • Post graduate qualifications in Engineering
  • 5 + years of professional experience, preferably in an engineering environment in the role covering contract data and information including preparing contract documents for service agreements, statements of work and purchase orders
  • Well organized, high level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT Literacy: MS Office + Document Management Systems
  • Decision making, thinks through problems clearly and is decisve
  • Hands-on, solutions focused team player capable of working to tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks accordingly
  • Proven sound judgement, with an ability to challenge and provide solutions to complex problems and challenging situations
