Join our Employee-Owned Company as a Controller for SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc. This is a full-time position located in our corporate office in Omaha, NE.

Position Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Manage & oversee all aspects of financial, managerial, and operational reporting, providing timely and accurate financial statements to management.
• Review & approve construction contracts, financial strategies, mitigate risk, ensure financial compliance.
• Develop financial and operational analysis reporting including annual budgeting, job cost analysis and inventory controls.
• Create process efficiencies with software customizations and processes.
• Relationship manager with various Stakeholders in financial, insurance & surety, legal, ESOP Team, accounting.
• Responsible for cash management.
• Manage company Benefit Plans, including compliance function, with business vendors for ESOP, 401K, Health Insurance, PTO, Life Insurance.
• Perform accounting services for associated entities and manage associated entity shared service costs.
• Responsible for analyzing, developing, improving, and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Process bi-weekly payroll to enhance confidentiality of compensation packages of employees.
• Manage and comply with local multi-states and federal government reporting requirements.
