Join our Team! Blueprints is hiring for a Cook Position within our Aging Well Services! The cook will Assure safe food handling practices and demonstrating knowledge of foodborne disease prevention as it relates to the Senior Center. The Cook will Identify menu components which may include a food allergen through information provided by the FSV (Food Service Vendor). The Cook will also carry out responsibilities of Person In Charge (PIC) of kitchen. The PIC must successfully pass ServSafe certification, and is responsible for documenting food safety.
