Responsibilities of the Cook:
- The Sous Chef or Cook prepares and cooks a limited variety of food for customers
- Follows menus and production sheets according to menu in accordance with diet prescribed by attending Physician
- Handles food in accordance with sanitary regulations
Requirements/Qualifications for the Sous Chef - Cook Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Culinary Background required
- Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred
