What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Operations Coordinator whose main objective will be to coordinate the day to day operations processes as they relate to fulfillment, warehousing, order management, inventory, and reporting across our Ecommerce, Retail and Wholesale channels. The Operations Coordinator will report into the Director of Business Operations.

Our headquarters are located in Los Angeles, and this role is required to be in-office 2-days per week.

What You'll Do:

• Own daily operations related to NewStore Omnichannel fulfillment and order injection across the ANINE BING tech stack (address items on hold, on backorder or stuck in routing)
• Monitor Shopify, NewStore and Netsuite by conducting daily checks for system alignment and flag areas of risk or concern
• Partner with eCommerce, Wholesale and Retail operations team members to investigate and handle inventory shortages and mispicks
• Create cancelation customer refunds and assist with order creation and return processes
• Issue inventory adjustments within Netsuite with approval of Assistant Manager of Inventory Operations
• Manage damage form submissions from Retail store associates
• Manage the adjustment of supplies used by 3PLs and log supply transfers sent to Retail stores within Netsuite
• Assist with Retail Transfers, Allocations and RTWs within Netsuite
• Take an active role in identifying, resolving and communicating challenges as well as presenting potential solutions
• Cross-train on operations activities across departments (warehousing, customer refunds, etc.) to cover as needed

What You will need:

• College graduate preferred; 1-2 year experience working in an eCommerce environment or fashion brand headquarters
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, team player mindset
• Ability to multi task, juggle numerous projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines
• simultaneously while maintaining quality
• Strong adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness and solution oriented. Creative, not afraid to think differently and take risks
• Curious and eager to learn the business
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions
• Possess entrepreneurial spirit. Push up your sleeve mentality; no job too big or small

Position will also require:

• Proficiency in PC (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Capable of creating models in Excel and analyzing data and KPIs
• Experience working in Netsuite // Shopify // NewStore a plus
