Copywriter - Life Enriching Communities
Part Time - 20 to 24 hours per week - Work From Home!!!
The Copywriter is responsible for creation of content for print, audio and other marketing mediums for Life Enriching Communities and subsequent business lines. This position supports the organization’s lead generation, brand awareness and overall business and marketing goals. The Copywriter creates and edits copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets needs and deadlines of business lines within LEC. This position requires knowledge of branding concepts and an ability to take an idea from concept to execution.
Here's the kind of things you'd do:
- Write compelling & persuasive copy for a variety of marketing platforms, which may include but is not limited to:
- Press Releases
- Sales Collateral
- Event invitations
- Newsletters
- Video scripts
- eBooks
- Blogs
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for content generation
- Research target audience and collaborate with team to enhance direction and design of deliverables

Effectively manage editorial process and edit copy of other writers

Ensure all appropriate permissions for use of content and photographs

Maintain corporate brand and voice in all content

Required Education and Experience
- Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience (1-2 years) Sales/Marketing background desired.
- Understanding of StoryBrand approach preferred.
- Understanding of project management tools (Airtable) preferred.
- Microsoft 265, Google Docs, and video conference proficiency.
- Proven ability to work independently, under pressure, and to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated copywriting ability and excellent English/grammar skills and spelling ability.
- Demonstrated ability to write copy for search engine optimization.
- Understanding of digital technologies, their use and metrics.
- Previous experience in healthcare industry, preferred.
- Ability to take photos for digital use.
- Valid Driver’s License.
