As the Corporate Controller, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation required)
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role
• Strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Multistate experience
• Working knowledge in the long-term care industry

What the Role Entails:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue growth
• Lead financial analysis, risk assessment, and performance evaluation to drive informed decision-making
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders
• Manage the year-end audit process and ensure timely completion
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals
