Responsibilities
Our team is focused and driven to provide an exceptional experience for our internal employees and external customers. We are looking for a person that holds the same high standards of customer service as us to join our team. The responsibilities of our receptionist team are to receive and direct in-coming calls that come through our main Bose phone number. Nature of calls can be for employees, Executives, product sales/support and other departments units. Our average call volume per receptionist is approximately 100 per day. Also, customer calls can include triaging escalated calls to a specialized call center as well as reporting and working with our IT on phone issues. This position is also responsible for covering the front desk lobby at our corporate headquarters. This involves receiving guests and employees in a professional and welcoming manner, creating visitor badges, and notifying the employee of their guest’s arrival. Employees can pre-register their guests utilizing an online ticket system, which our receptionist team can access and process those registration requests. In addition, other projects may be required that could include using MS Outlook, Word and/or Excel. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Hours will be 8:30am-5:00pm
Skills
Requires strong customer service, professional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with the MicroSoft suite is required.
Education
High school with a minimum of 5 years related experience.
