JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related major
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs
- Proven history of conducting effective proactive recruiting efforts.
- Ability to make cold calls to passive industry professionals
- Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Superior time management skills
- Very high organization and multi-task capability
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Travel to events and college fairs when needed
