Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a full cycle strategic recruiting program
• Collaborate with middle and executive level management leaders to ensure quality hires
• Strategize with other members of the HR team to assist in creating a pleasant and seamless on-boarding experience
• Deliver world class customer service to both internal and external clients
• Work with organizational leaders to identify potential human capital needs
• Conduct exit interviews to improve Company culture, performance, and morale
• Ensuring applicants meet governmental and Company compliance before and throughout employment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred
• Five (5) + years of continued HR work experience and three (3) years recruiting is a must
• Attention to detail and be highly organized as well as a natural relationship builder
• Must have excellent communication skills- written and verbal
• Experience in full life-cycle recruitment and staffing, with a demonstrated ability to identify and deliver qualified candidates
• Strong project management and facilitation skills; experience managing multiple projects, engaging stakeholders, driving accountability by meeting deliverables in a timely manner
• Must be able to successfully pass a 10+ year government background test and be willing to work in a drug-free environment

Compensation: 65k+ depending on experience, medical, dental, vision, 401k, Company paid life insurance
