Job Title: Cost Analyst

Location: Clarksville, TN.

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Job Description: Core Roles and Responsibilities

1. AR/AP Processing

• Conduct an audit on invoice details against PO data & follow up with discrepancies
• Process an AR/AP accurately and timely manner
• Analyze actual logistics costs and invoice to customer via relevant systems

2. Month-end closing/report

• Provide an accurate accrual amount during month end closing
• Provide an accurate P&L report and itemized summary for warehouse expense
• Perform all computer data entry to generate and review related reports

3. Additional Duties

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and send copy to the accounting team on time
• Maintain all related accounting and bookkeeping records and accounting files in a neat, orderly, and timely manner
• Assist Human Resources and General Affair duties
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Logistics preferred.
• Entry Level or Minimum 1 year experience in Cost Analyst
• Excellent analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Experiences with SAP or Oracle preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
• Ability to work scheduled hours and any required overtime

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Clarksville, TN 37040: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cost accounting: 1 year (Required)
• ERP systems: 1 year (Preferred)
