Job Summary
IL has a small, nimble finance group that needs to add to its bench strength to develop and implement efficient financial processes that will manage IL’s high growth. IL is a high-volume manufacturer, with a finance / accounting group that actively supports internal teams and works closely with external private equity investors.
IL has an immediate need for a key person to develop best in class Inventory Management processes, Standard Costing analysis and assist in broader based Financial Analysis. A successful candidate will have a strong, core accounting background, an aptitude for managing ERP processes and knowledge on how to create, develop and communicate effective analysis. IL’s high growth has created a culture of rapid change and process improvement, which the Finance/Accounting team is highly integrated into. A candidate with a desire to develop new processes, propose solutions to issues and bring unique ideas, will have numerous opportunities to add value to the organization.
Education/ Experience
- 2-5+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance from an accredited College or University.
- Strong GAAP knowledge, experience in cost accounting and management reporting
- Experience working in a manufacturing accounting environment
- Financial Analysis development and reporting
- The ability to think critically and develop financial processes and policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and good organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools (Adaptive, Tableau, Power BI etc.).

Work Environment
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. For the most part ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
