Job description

We are looking to recruit a year-round cashier/barista for our busy bakery and café. Position is part-time or full-time. Prior experience preferred but not required. Basic responsibilities include serving customers baked goods, sandwiches, coffee (barista experience helpful but will train), clean up, and dishwashing.

Busy restaurant open from at least 6AM-6PM everyday, flexible shifts, ability to work some weekends a must. Pay negotiable and competitive based on experience and commitment. Health care options available. Reliable transportation and punctuality a must. TIPS range from at least $5-$9 extra per hour!

We are an independently owned bakery and café started in 1982.
Located in historic Woods Hole, at the end of the Bike Path; just a 1 minute walk from the Martha’s Vineyard ferry terminal, Pie in the Sky Bakery & Internet Café is open 7 days a week.
We feature a delicious assortment of handmade croissants, pies, cookies, popovers, and breads, all baked from scratch on the premises. Our coffees, espresso, and cocoa drinks are made from freshly ground, 100% Organic & Fair Trade Dean’s Beans that we roast ourselves. Our hearty, made to order sandwiches together with our homemade soups, quiche, and salads make the perfect addition to any adventure, from a shore side picnic to lunch at the office.

Pay: $14.25 - $25.00 per hour
