TOM FORD BEAUTY - COUNTER MANAGER

Tom Ford Beauty is an iconic and luxurious cosmetic brand and they are seeking a Counter Manager to be based in the busy Dublin airport, working within the The Loop Duty Free stores. This is a fantastic role, managing your own team and delivering exceptional service to travelling passengers. The products speak for themselves, they truly are beautiful products to use and wear every day.

In addition you get to work in the busiest location, if you like a varied day when you meet tarvelling passengers from all over the world the airport is a great place to be.

What are we seeking in our Counter Manager?

• Commercial and sales driven, ideally with previous experience of cosmetics and fragrance sales
• Positive approach and a "can do" attitude - leading by example and leading the team to success
• A great communicator - ability to communicate well and be a team player

Main Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed service and sales goals established by the Tom Ford Beauty brand - it is really important to know and understand your sales performance
• Lead, coach and develop your team of Tom Ford specialists to deliver amazing service standards.
• To monitor business and analyse results to Daily / Weekly / Monthly recognise areas of opportunity and monitor competitor activity
• Show excellent standards of timekeeping and punctuality
• Communicate effectively with in-store management building an excellent relationship with the team at Aer Rianta
• High standards of grooming, merchandising consistent immaculate grooming, excellent housekeeping and merchandising at all times ensuring Tom

Ford guidelines are always followed

• Manage the stock and testers - maintaining high standards on counter merchandising

Working in the Airport

To work in the airport you must be able to prove 5 years of referencing and a criminal reference check - you will be guided through this process from start to finish and your participation in the process is essential.
