Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform the following tasks: Setting/repairing windows and doors, exterior finish carpentry, roofing, flashing, interior finish carpentry, sheetrock work, painting, minor electrical-mechanical-plumbing understanding.
• Maintain KHM van stocked and ready for efficient execution of assigned tasks
• Complete assigned tasks in a professional manner meeting KHM quality standards
• Complete service reports and create invoice
• Ensure complete client satisfaction of assigned jobs
• Purchasing – ensure job numbers are given to subcontractors and vendors
• Keep customers informed on budget
• Daily budget update for T&M jobs
• Manage creation of contracts and T&M work approvals for all additional work; No work is to be completed without a signed contract
• Maintain and approve subcontractor & vendor costs
• Maintain project schedules and keep project managers, customers, subcontractors, and coworkers informed as needed
• Identify and communicate additional possible maintenance/repair jobs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
