THE ROLE
The ideal candidate has a passion for organization, is proactive, candid, and able to jump in to support teammates using design skills and creative problem-solving. This person will have an in-depth understanding of the creative workflow, exceptional at graphic design, and is a self-starter.
The Creative Coordinator will report to the Creative Director, Global Partnerships and work closely with the Manager of Creative Services, Global Partnerships, along with other key leadership personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Keep up with creative trends and find ways to implement them into everyday tasks
- Be a great team member and helpful creative problem solver
- Assist with designing compelling partnership sales presentations
- Create collateral for other client brands that support partnership sales
- Schedule creative meetings, track projects, and maintain notes and filing
- Use project management software (Asana) to predict timelines and manage creative requests
- Be the master keeper of assets and ensure they are always up to date
- Assist in designing collateral for internal communication
- Design invitations, presentations, and various digital graphics
- All other duties and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must be currently attending or graduated with a marketing, design or relative industry degree
- Understanding of sports and/or brand marketing, branding, and sponsorship
- Knowledge in Keynote and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Highly motivated self-starter, with strategic thinking and personal leadership skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong problem-solving skills and executioner
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate effectively with internal sales and management teams
- Proofreading skills
- Ability to take constructive criticism and change direction based on feedback
- Great attitude, willingness to take on other duties that may not fall into outlined job description
COMPENSATION
Competitive $20 hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Location: Hybrid (25 + hours per week)
